Changing appetite is difficult, but taking in dense caloric food is slightly easier. 1) avoid “weight gainers” they are just extra sugar and carbs with little nutritional value. 2) avoid junk food for the same reason. Try adding foods like peanut butter, almonds, lean meats, and healthy oils to your diet to increase your caloric intake. Making protein shakes with PB can easily get you to your goal
