Stabbing pains in right side of abdomen, into side. sore to touch the skin, urine test has white blood cells, antibotics not working?

Allodynia: If the skin is sore to touch then it's not likely a urinary problem. Sometimes shingles can present this way. Is there any rash? Talk to your doctor about this possibility and that the antibiotics aren't helping.
