Yes: medications like NSAIDS-ibuprofen, naprosyn (naproxen) aren big culprits as is alcohol, purging-forced vomitting, and other foods like verity spicy foods repeatedly, caffeine-slot of coffee daily, and severe stress. I agree water is key also for you to drink.
