Ulcers: Anyone can get ulcers. I assume you ate talking about stomach or duodenal ulcers. You seem to be at very low risk. But NSAIDs can do this.

Doctor thinks I have stomach ulcers. I don't smoke, drink, or take NSAIDs. Doc made no mention of H. pylori. Should I suggest blood and breath tests? If it's not H. pylori, what else could cause ulcers or is it another issue? Is excess acid possible?

My biopsies are h. Pylori negative but shows reactive chemical gastropathy. I dont take nsaids. Is this bile? And will Prilosec actually work. My upper abdomen hurts. I also have a small superficial non bleeding ulcer?
