Yes it would: Certainly for religious reasons & many men develop foreskin problems such as phimosis & require circumcision. American Academy of Pediatricians, which now has > 50% female members has come down slightly in favor of routine infant circumcisions. Certainly agree that circumcision can be avoided if foreskin retracts easily & penis is kept clean. Suggest we do not make this a gender issue.
