Yes: The rule for cancer being left alone is that it will grow on you. Since you have not been treated for 2 years the chances are you are not dealing with the most aggressive malignancy such as pancreatic cancer but rather with a lymphoma or possibly breast cancer. The new chemotherapeutic agents and immunologic agents can reverse many of the symptoms but again it depends on the extent of spread
