Low: I think you are asking about the sensitivity of a CT scan picking up a lung cancer if it is present. CT is very sensitive to the pick up of lung cancer so if a CT scan does not show a mass in the lung than it is pretty unlikely that there is a cancer present in the lung. Not 100% but again pretty close.
