No difference: Hip size should not interfere with your ability to carry your baby. Many women with small hips are still able to have natural births as well. They used to measure bone size to determine if natural birth was possible but this was not shown to help. Most women are allowed to labor and as long as progress is being made, the assumption is that they can delivery vaginally. Best wishes!
