Futile search: You need to learn more about your asthma. There is no "one" allergy that you can treat or avoid that would stop it. Asthma is a complex process that is often genetically influenced and triggered by a variety of aggravating factors. Work with your doc on a plan of management that reflects daily changes in symptoms. Do not expect a simple fix. It is a lifelong process.
