Possible: First, why were you switched? Second, were you well controlled on Cipralex? If you were being controlled and are now switched over then, there should still be enough Cipralex circulating in your system while Cymbalta (duloxetine) has a chance to ramp up to a "steady state" which is where your symptoms should be well controlled (assuming Cymbalta (duloxetine) is going to work for you).
