It seems not: Restart cymbalta, (duloxetine) and give it time to see if parasthesia will improve. Usually it takes 4-6 weeks to see any improvement. Be patient, if still persists discuss with your doctor, you may need higher dosage of cymbalta, (duloxetine) before you see results.Hope you tolerate the higher dosage.

Probably: You might be havin serotonin issues, either way does not explain why havin paresthesias.
