Cymbalta (duloxetine): Although most patients report somnolence (drowsiness) with the use of duloxetine, some patients report insomnia, hypomania (the opposite of depression) or agitation. Cymbalta (duloxetine) is available in 20mg. Check with your doctor to see if a lower dose is better fit for you. Hope you feel well soon.

Call your doc: What you're describing sounds like hypomania. That's a side effect that can occur in some people with some antidepressants. You're taking what's called an snri. Did a psychiatrist give you that? If so, he can switch you to something tolerable.
