Pain and lump: May or may not be related. It is impossible to make any diagnosis without a clinical examination and further information. See your medical doctor for an examination.

Not interrelated: I don't think that your symptoms are interrelated. You may be having simple neuralgia of the forehead and a cyst in the wrist. This should not cause arm pain. See your physician for evaluation and diagnosis.

Various pains: Hard to tell if these pains are related. The lump could be what we call a ganglion cyst, and it can cause pain. You will need to see a doctor to be sure. Good luck!
