Cysts: Your history suggests that these are cysts, often called ganglion cysts when near tendons and joints. The forehead one may not be the same type. A physical exam and ultrasound can give you more information including the diagnosis and treatment options. Generally speaking, these tend to be benign and non-dangerous. In orthopedics, we often will drain these with the guidance of ultrasound.

LikelyToBeCysts: From your description it seems you have cysts in different parts of your body.Cysts are benign growths, sac like structures filled with fluid or jelly like sudstances. These feel soft to firm and movable. They can occur any part of body. These can be left alone or if interfering with activities or for cosmetic reason can be excised surgically I suggest you get it checked by your doctor to make sure.

When in doubt, out.: Soft and movable lumps, especially on the feet, are easily excised. The true nature of the masses can be obtained. Depending on the location, these masses can enlarge and make shoe wearing uncomfortable. Consult with a surgeon as there are varying opinion on how to treat these masses.
