A few: Spinal cord injury, Fatigue, Physical illness, Hyperprolactinemia, Use of SSRI antidepressants and Low levels of testosterone are also reasons for a 'lack of pleasure'. So are some life circumstances - financial or legal or family problems, etc. Your pain, CFS and TBI are right there. It's hard, but possible, to find pleasure in face of them. Try targeted counseling to help you find some new joy.

Very Long List: of conditions, including adjustment to stress, infections, pain, etc. Your profile includes several conditions that can cause anhedonia. Rather than searching for additional causes of anhedonia, you may want to focus on finding ways to manage your conditions better.
