Antidepressants: You listed three drugs on your medication list, one of which (abilify) treats depression. If you feel you're still depressed despite use of these medications, you should talk to your doctor about a medication adjustment. There are many options among the antidepressants. Getting it right sometimes takes a trial and error approach. Good luck!

Effective treatment: If asking this question, you and your doctor have evidently not yet found effective treatments to relieve your symptoms. I see diagnoses of psychosis nos, major depression, etc along with abilify, (aripiprazole) modafinil, and tegretol. I do not know if other things are going on also. But you can get other psychiatrists to review your full case, possibly at a university medical center. More options exist.
