Depression is a very common condition; almost certainly someone you know is also dealing with the mood symptoms, sleep symptoms and bodily problems. It can be difficult to treat. Persevering, working with a new professional, and trying different medications can help. Very important is to engage in interactions with people, working or volunteering or playing. Best wishes.

Consider following approaches if not yet done: life coach, cognitive-behavioral therapy, even ECS if things deteriorate. VNS Units may work. Has Deplin been added to your meds?
