Many choices: Many other antbiotics can treat Lyme including amoxicillin, IM penicillin, oral & IV cephalosporins & Telithromycin. All these can be very helpful in Lyme of recent onset but become less & less effective the longer one has had it. I find herbs & nutritional supplements more effective in chronic Lyme.
