Maybe: If you still have colored, bad tasting, odorous discharge from your nose, you may need more antibiotics. Often though, the infection will be gone and you will still have some congestion that remains for a couple of weeks. You could try to rinse your sinuses out with saline and take a decongestant a couple of times a day. If it does not improve or worsens, you may need more medicine.
