A member asked:

Hcg 28,was spotting, no clotting, no pain, take hcg retest today, took home pregnant test last night neg, 5 wks, still miscarriage? is home test right

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Suspect miscarriage: Pregnancy tests are best done on first morning urines, since dilute urine can mislead. The HCG retest will be more accurate, and will tell better if this is a miscarriage. However, it is suspicious for a miscarriage. If the HCG is falling, it's a miscarriage.
