Many options: Unfortunately, no cure exists for Meniere's disease, but some strategies may help you manage some symptoms. Here are just a few: vestibular rehabilitation therapy, middle ear injections (ENT), diuretics (Dyazide), Meniett device (not sure about long term) East West Medicine integration (acupuncture) and rule out TMJ at the affected side.
