Anecdotally: Reiki therapists have shown promising results which are mostly anecdotal. No scientific studies have shown this modality to be significantly effective at treating meniere's disease. It is certainly true, however, that anti-anxiety medication alleviates the suffering associated with tinnitus. Tinnitus of meniere's is often one of the most debilitating aspects of the disease.
