Unwanted side effect: Most likely from tramadol if symptoms were non-existent & began shortly after starting tramadol. Dizziness, vertigo, impaired coordination, headache, vomiting, orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure), somnolence, anxiety, weakness, lethargy, & malaise are some of the side effects of tramadol. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a much safer choice.
