Need more info: The data you provide is inadequate to form any significant opinion about your diagnosis. It sound as if you are having a thorough investigation in progress and would continue with your PCP to get this worked out. Good luck.

After normal colonoscopy, abdominal ultrasound, CT scan, and complete blood test results, I still have mild to moderate stitch-like pain mostly on mid to upper right side. Also have an inguinal hernia (left side). What might the cause and remedy be?
