clinically imprtant?: If there is a need to further investigate, a cardiac MRI would be the test of choice. It's very expensive ; should only be utilized if there is the possibility that it will impact your treatment. If your "heart is not seen on echo", how was it determined that you have mid-basal hypokinesis?
