Likely muscle: What where the circumstances when the pain started? Anything palpable? Any leg swelling? If pain feels only when walking it's most likely muscular/tendon/ligament in origin. Where exactly right leg? Is it around a joint? Usually rest suffices for minor muscle aches. If the pain persists over a couple of days would suggest seeing your physician.
