Disk disease: This is a typical symptom of a herniated or bulging disk that is pinching a nerve. There are also several other back problems which can pinch the nerve and cause these symptoms. If this just started the treatment is text flowed by physical therapy. If it has been going on for a while you should see your doctor. If you get progressive weakness or numbness you should also see a doctor right away

Leg/back pain: With localizing pain I would consider blood clots (DVT), phlebitis (superficial vein inflammation), but the presence of back pain may indicate a radiating nerve problem (?disc) or kidney/pelvic infection. A thorough exam with labs would help isolate the cause. Could be serious condition.
