Hdl is 67. lab has flagged it as too high? (65 as max). ldl is 116. tri is 86. total is 201. my father had a triple bypass at 52 and heart diseases started for him by 35 so i want to be proactive-how?

Not too High: HDL is the protective, 'good' cholesterol. It is not "too high' at 67. It is just higher than the average in other humans. The more HDL the better for protection. It very well may be that you do not have the same Cholesterol gene as your father.
