Probably not: There are new treatment for MS now. See a neurologist and discuss your concern with him/her.

No, you'll be ok.: You cannot easily die of a migraine or MS. MRI results like this are common. The diagnosis of both of these is not certain. Consider them working diagnoses. Focus on your symptoms, let your medical team sort out what the names of the conditions are. Then together come up with a treatment plan that fits you best.
