Some thoughts: If the MS just appeared at the age of 43 yrs, you might have a tough time, and I would urge use of potent medication such as Gilenya or Tysabri (natalizumab). If you have been stable for yrs following the diagnosis, you may do very well indeed. Headaches occur in MS pts at a much higher frequency than in the general population.
