It is true: Trust, confidence and patient's compliance are few important things for the successful surgery or other medical treatment. If in doubt, you always can ask for a second opinion.

It depends: Revision rhinoplasties can be simpler than the original depending on what needs to be corrected. In general, removing a small residual dorsal hump is very straight forward. However, without seeing your photographs, its difficult to give you an exact answer. If your comfortable with your surgeon, please trust him.

Depends: minor revision surgery can be simpler than primary rhinoplasty. Yet, major revision rhinoplasty may be much more difficult. I would trust what your doctor tells you.

Rhinoplasty: Revision rhinoplasty is a very complicated procedure and process. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon with expertise in nasal surgery and revision surgery.
