For the vertiflex procedure i read spacer can move,bone may settle around implant & the spinous process can fracture when the ipd spacer is implanted.this is suppose to be less invasive than laminectomy but sounds worrisome?

I would only have this procedure performed by a clinic or group with a lot of experience in selecting patients who are good candidates for it and a great track record in doing the procedure.
