Probably not: Abdominal pain can be caused by many different things. I assume you had a CT of your abdomen. If that did not show anything significant you probably don't have to worry. Your AST level is a little high, but alone does not mean that there is something wrong. If the rest of your liver tests are within normal limits, then it's probably not anything to worry about, otherwise you would've been told so.
