The past day, i had drunk around 3 bottles of water. (1500 ml) yet today, my urine seemed almost apple juice / orange colored. ive also been having lower left quadrant abdominal pain and my ast levels are 39. any opinions on if i should be worried?

If you do not have any other symptoms, you may watch and wait. It may have been some thing you ate. Keep drinking enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. You AST is at the upper end of normal and by itself not a cause for concern. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
