Gonorrhea?: What you described sound more like a bacterial infection. Negative test result for HIV at this stage does not rule out HIV though it is unlikely. I urge you to see your doctor or go your city/count health department to get tested for gonorrhea and other sexually transmitted diseases to get proper treatment.
