How can you tell if it a lymph node or cyst, i have hidradentist and i have had a hard lumo under armpit for years it small it does not grow.

See an MD: On an exam it is relatively easy to differentiate a lymph node from hidradenitis suppurativa. In any case, if the lump has not changed in years, it is nothing to worry about.
