Not per se: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that if you have no symptoms or any infections, the count while low is not of great concern. You may wish to get retested in about 6 months.

Low white count: A low white count is a, side effect of tapazole (methimazole) and makes you more susceptible to infection.
