Could exercise while on a holter monitor be mistaken for svt? if the dr didn't read my notes?

Holter monitor: Reading a holter monitor requires correlating the cardiac rhythm to any symptoms.Exercise in a healthy individual results in an elevated heart rate known as sinus tachycardia which is normal. Svt is a rapid abnormal rhythm which may or may not be related to exercise.
