CPH: Chronic paroxysmal hemicrania (cph) is thought to be a variant of cluster headache because of similar autonomic features. Both cluster and cph are classified as trigeminal autonomic cephalgias. , almost all cases of cph are relieved by Indomethacin and this response is considered diagnostic for cph. Rec.: see your pcp for Indomethacin test.
