Disc or sciatica: Back pain can be tricky but is usually self limiting. However, you should be evaluated by a medical professional and have follow up to make sure you are improving.

Leg Numbness: Leg pain with loss of feeling into your ankle and outside part of your foot can be due to the sciatic nerve being compressed. This can be due to a limb length discrepancy. Check with your doctor for stretching techniques and treatment options.
