Bloating? Swelling?: There are many conditions associated with bloating (my word for pelvic swelling) & ankle swelling. They have to do with water retention & could be due kidney, heart or liver problems. Most worrisome would be something (tumor) blocking blood or lymph return from your legs. Backache/headache also a concern. You must see doctor as soon as able for evaluation/tests targeted to your symptoms. Good luck
