More than SI joint: Your new symptoms are classic for a nerve in your low back being compressed. I would suggest treatment for same. MRI might confirm the cause but bottom line the nerve needs to be uncompressed. Hopefully you can find help for same. You have a form of sciatica and the numbness implies more serious nerve compression. Most likely the L5 nerve root. Some Relief is appropriate to seek soon.
