Tape worm: Can sometimes present as white specks in stool.Possible causes can be increased mucus in the stool because of irritation of the gastrointestinal tract or infections. Some foods can cause this. A gallstone when passed could have this coloration. Stool ova ; parasite through your doctor can determine if there are broken off segments of tapeworms.
