Colitis: the differential diagnosis is vast. Infectious...need for stool cultures. IBS celiac and other immune diseases. drug side effects. Thyroid diseases malabsorption/maldigestion diet indiscretion etc etc try to stay on a liquid diet and then slowly introduce a soft mechanical + probiotics...if not better must see a Dr.
