Hand and Stocking: Hand and stocking neuropathy. There are two possibilities: poor circulation in the microvasculature (small vessels) commonly seen in uncontrolled diabetes. Has your blood glucose and hg a1c been measured? Have you ever been exposed to any industrial toxins or heavy metals? You might need to see a neurologist.

Diabetes? Neuropathy: I would wonder if you are diabetic, or may have a condition called peripheral neuropathy which can cause pain like this. Also could be arthritic pain, overuse, or a pinched nerve. Your doctor can run tests to tell which you have. Good luck!
