Depends on sleep: I'd wait to tomorrow. This would give you 25 mg today. Also some people can't sleep with lexapro, (escitalopram) others do fine and can take it at night. Some people take it twice a day. 6 hours is a bit too close togeather for twice a day slowing.

When to Increase?: There should be no problem with starting your new dose at 10pm. If you have depression i would want you to have a full night's sleep. Adequate sleep is important in depression. Is there some reason why you are waking at 4 am to take your medication?

Lexapro (escitalopram) dose: You could take extra 5 mg this evening and then start taking the full 15 mg tomorrow at 4am. Good luck!
