NO: In general it is best to take medication at the same time each day. However, it was OK that you took it anyway.

Likely well: If one has been stable for several weeks or longer then getting back on schedule as stated likely fine and well tolerated by most people. When staring meds may have more chance of start up side effects... But still very likely safe. As always , any significantly disturbing symptoms to you, then check in with the prescribing physician.
