Probably OK but: escitalopram together with azithromycin can increase risk of irregular heart rhythm although a relatively rare side effect. If you have a heart condition called congenital long QT syndrome or other cardiac diseases you may be more susceptible. You stopped low dose lexapro so probably not a problem. Consult prescriber if problems occur. Best regards.
