I missed my 730 dose of lexapro (escitalopram) this morning i think what do i do would it hurt to wait till morning to take it like normal or what do i do?

Missing info: Unless this time is in the wee hours (close to tomorrow's 7:30am) take the dose and continue on w/ life adding a better plan for remembering perhaps. Only let it skip if you are very close to the next dose. You'll be fine if this is a rare thing. If it's common - do find a good cue technique. Best!
