Yes: Assuming that you are not actively having seizures and controlled for at least 3-4 days it is safe to you can fly.

Yes if under control: If your seizures are under control, you should be able to fly. Bring you medication with you. If your seizures are not under control, remember airlines do not carry any medications to treat a seizure on the plane. First aide will likely be available, but medication to stop the seizure will not be available.
